Returns Policy
For your piece of mind we offer a ‘Risk Free Guarantee’ on all purchases which gives you 30 days to exchange or refund any purchase from existing stock (excludes special orders) no questions asked. The goods must be returned in as new condition including any warranties and packaging. It is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods to our store but if required we can supply a Courier Post parcel, the cost of which would be deducted from any refund. We have insurance to cover goods in transit with Courier Post which is not normally available to the general public so please contact us before returning any goods.
If goods are faulty, different to their description or don’t perform as advertised we will repair, replace or refund as required under the Consumers Guarantee Act. Please contact us to arrange for the goods to be returned to us.
