For your piece of mind we offer a Risk Free Guarantee on all purchases which gives you 30 days to exchange or refund any purchase from existing stock (excludes special orders) no questions asked.  The goods must be returned in as new condition including any warranties and packaging. 

It is the customers’ responsibility to return the goods to our store but if required we can supply a NZ Post parcel, the cost of which would be deducted from any refund. If shipping has been paid for, we will refund the cost of the item purchased, not the shipping charge. When free shipping has been applied, we will refund the amount paid, less the cost to courier the package to you (Standard Courier $7.50, $5.00 Rural if applicable). We have insurance to cover our goods in transit with NZ Post which is not always available to the general public so please contact us before returning any goods.

If goods are faulty, different to their description or don’t perform as advertised we will repair, replace or refund as required under the Consumers Guarantee Act. The 30 days risk free guarantee doesn't apply to bullion.
